Pros

Receive overtime after 8 hrs of work per day. breaks after 2.45 hrs of work. Can bid on jobs after 3 month's probation for more pay.

Cons

12 hrs a day. Leaders are sometimes excessive in how they ask people to do things. locked pay rate, only way to move up in wage is by getting better spots and bid on job postings. usually extremely hot, you will sweat regardless.

Keeps getting worse

Pros

It used to be the people who worked there but most of those people who had created the family culture have jumped ship. I would have to say there are no pros to working here unless you have no where else to go.

Cons

Long hours, low hourly wage, high turnover and it is all a vicious cycle. Working 7 days straight and sometimes holidays and if you miss it counts against you. They give people way to many chances when they do not show up to work. It affects quality, moral and productivity.
