Pros

Salary is good, benifits are comparable,paid vacation and holidays as well. Nice building in pleasant surroundings for walking trails at lunchtime.

Cons

Stressful working atmosphere, a lot of micromanagement going on. To many managers involved in employees day to day work. Do not solve internal problems to make worklife better or customer service flow as it should. No salary increases in 2 years for employees then they offered token increases.

Pros

Great work/life balance. Most of the people are personable. HR department has "open-door" policy. Environment is fairly relaxed.

Cons

No growth opportunities. Bonuses & raises were taken away for 2 years. In 2011, they resumed...BUT bonuses were (again) taken away from all employees except senior management forever. Flex time is forbidden. Communication of important information is severely lacking.

Pros

The benifits package in my opinion for a small company is outstanding. the company as a whole is very family oriented and has no qualms in giving time off for family matters,wheather you have the time on the books or not as long as you don't take advantage.

Cons

The mid level managment is not always the most qualified to perform thier jobs at this company you must have a degree this is not allways bad provided it applies to thier job title. individuals are rarely acknwledged unless you fit into the good old boys club
