Pros

Decent wage, Friendly caring co workers if your lucky enough to find some, free lunches at certain times of the year, free doughnuts and pizza if quota's were achieved.

Cons

Machines constantly break down causing long delays on orders being sent out, wood used to make the doors is subpar at best, management is never satisfied with the work that is put out unless absolutely perfect. Quota levels given were unmanagable and kept ever increasing. No one takes accountability for mistakes always use others as a scapegoat to save their jobs. 5S was more of a priority to management then the safety and well-being of the employees. Management is unwilling to lower quota levels to match the amount of orders coming in, it always has to be the same quota levels no matter what and unwilling to listen to concerns from employees that express them. Got no help at all from my co workers when needed during the busy months.
