With additional products, we are seeing the company morph into a multi-product platform to support 'customer interaction' as a whole.
Cons
With being one of the fastest-growing companies, you will see the company stretch itself in many areas. While we are building more pillars (systems) to make such growth sustainable and scalable, not everything is there for you to be served. One must have a go-getter attitude and willingness to work with less-than-complete resources. Also with the volume of employees, you will not know everyone within your department. The fast growth is awesome, but it's not a small start-up and this work environment is not for everyone.
