The product is impactful and pretty good. It definitely helps a lot of small business run things easier and has lot of new features that make it extremely valuable for certain industries. The people are overall pretty great, most of your coworkers are going to be
Cons
Horrible decision making from executives and upper management. They are constantly restructuring the organization internally without much regard of who it will affect. At one point they shift away from CSMs and forced many CSMs into a sales role or quitting. They reversed this decision a few months later. Pay is also not competitive, it's actually pretty low for the tech industry. They focus too much on whatever new product or feature they're developing.
