      Pros

      Massive opportunity to grow your career and take on challenges you've never done before with some of the smartest people you've ever worked, There's an energy at the company that the future is ours to seize and it's a really exciting time to be at Podium.

      Cons

      The company only has one HQ in the US, in Lehi. Wish there were more office spaces around the country!

      Good company that seems to be sinking (despite what they tell you)

      Pros

      Engaging teams and product. A lot of good people and good leaders. Benefits are just ok.

      Cons

      The leadership gets worse the higher up you go. Executives making unreasonable demands strain the folks on the front lines. It sounds like the best time to work at Podium was from 2018-2021 and it’s since been a sinking ship. Unlimited PTO is a scam and is tracked. The directors and executives don’t seem to have trust in middle managers and front line workers. Lots of false praise and encouragement.
