      Pros

      Amazing people and amazing culture! They really believe the greatest asset to their company are the people that work there. They are growing fast, it was super cool to be a part of. The executives are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      I didn't feel like the opportunity for growth was there for me specifically, but it was still a hard decision for me to leave because my team was so awesome.

      Podium has stayed focus on developing a world-class product in a narrow area. Therefore the product works well and delivers value to the customers. They've also build a positive culture based on individual and team effort and frequent feedback and public praise for successes.

      Cons

      The average employee age is quite young, which can lead to some challenges. Also the egress from the parking lot at night can be time consuming.
