The product and platform is capable of making a real impact for customers. Multiple product lines create an interesting spectrum of work—surface areas, modalities, and customer challenges. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
Very reactive senior leadership is disruptive to focus and solving customer problems. This is labeled as “being a startup and needing to be nimble”, but it feels more like lack of strategic vision and “just throw people at the problem” solutions.
