Pros

Podium has a great mission (to help small businesses), great leadership, great culture, and great balance between competitive drive and understanding non-work life is a part of life as well. I genuinely enjoy the work I get to do at Podium... it's not the "work" part of my "work life balance"... it's simply a good part of my life. Doesn't mean working at Podium is a cake walk.. it's not, it's a lot of good hard work... but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Cons

Podium has been through a lot of change in the past year... I think it's been tough, particularly for those that didn't make it through, but also on those of us staying to see our friend and coworkers have to move on to new opportunities. However, Podium is doing better than ever and looks like it's in a very solid place moving forward... tough for past employees, but I think current employees are enjoying the upward momentum...
