Pros

- Owners are very present in the office - The people are incredible - Onboarding with the company is super helpful - The office here in Utah is awesome. Food all over the place along with tons of games and ways to let loose and take a break - Full crossfit gym - The product Podium sells is truly helping local businesses thrive - Tons of merch. Everyone is proud to rep the company's name

Cons

- With Podium still growing and growing quickly, product changes and updates happen often. With that there can be some miscommunication and things fall through the cracks.

Pros

I joined the Podium team as a first time SDR. The first week at Podium, we walked around and asked random people "What do they like most about the job?" and everyone said THE PEOPLE. This place not only is a great place to work, but every soul I have met was genuine!

Cons

The only downside to my job is the fact that I work from home and I don't get to wear my Podium swag in office.
