      Pros

      Met a lot of good people working here. High upside and potential for advancement in the company all based primarily on performance.

      Cons

      Felt pretty stressful most days trying to hit daily and monthly quota. Didn't feel like Podium gave people long enough of a run-way to sharpen skills and perfect their craft. If you don't have the skills they're looking for and fall behind on quota, they would throw you on a strict "training plan" and if you couldn't hit micro managed day to day metrics they kicked the bucket out from under you and sent you on your way. The "training" in the training plan (which is expected to help you get back on track) was very minimal and didn't seem like much help. You're also required to manage 100% of your own pipeline. For some people this wasn't a concern, but it seemed to be a constant factor of stress for a lot of people. They also offer unlimited PTO, but there is no quota-relief if you were to say look into taking a week off for vacation. If you missed work you knew you were going to be behind unless you were already pacing ahead of quota. Didn't see too many people take time off here and consistently hit quota.
