      Pros

      From customer support to engineering, I've found most all of my co-workers to be EXCELLENT!! Constantly impressed by the level of technical expertise, and the work ethic and dedication I see in my co-workers. I really appreciate that there is a cultural value of "voracious learning" here!

      Cons

      Would be nice to have more on-sites scheduled, where remote workers could work together in person.

      Working at Podium has quite literally changed my life

      Pros

      I started at Podium 3 years ago as a wet-behind-the-ears SDR having never sold SaaS. In those 3 years Podium has given me: - Unbelievable professional growth. I've worked my way up to a Senior AE, being promoted 4 times. Yes, the money is great when you hit your numbers but you also learn, learn, learn. Working at Podium will set you up for a successful career in tech sales. - Friends for life. The culture at Podium is something else. - The rewards/spiffs are unreal! There's monthly spiffs for top performers and overseas founders club trips to places like Mexico/Bali etc. If you're a hard worker, you will not find a better place to start, or continue your SaaS career.

      Cons

      - Surprise, suprise, you need to actually hit your numbers to succeed at Podium. If sales was easy, everyone would do it (and we wouldn't be paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for it.)

      Pros

      Podium has easily been the best working experience of my career. Being new to the tech industry was a new step for me and something I really knew nothing about, but from day one in this office, I have never felt more welcomed and been a part of an office where everyone truly is striving for the same goal. The culture is something really comparable to family or a tight nit friendship group and something I know I won't be able to find anywhere else. Couldn't recommend this office any higher.

      Cons

      That being in the tech industry there were some cuts that were made like every other tech company in the world. But after it all happened the bounce back has been amazing.
