      Pros

      In sales Podium is a very competitive environment which fosters high performance, you feel a sense of not wanting to miss out. Podium incentives employees through weekly/monthly spiffs on top of a lucrative commission structure. I have full faith in the senior leaders of the Australian office and where we are heading. I love coming to work every day, getting the best out of myself and my employees. Your voice is always heard and actions are taken on feedback both positive and negative. I love my time at Podium and would recommend anyone who is looking for a move into the SAAS space to seek out Podium.

      Pros

      Solid pay structure, average at best benefits, (no 401k match for sales as of 1/1/2023). Podium leverages a robust tech stack including: Slack, Zoom, Outreach, Gong, Salesforce, Chili piper, and Okta to name a few. Very fun fast paced culture if you are in office.

      Cons

      Remote workers are at a disadvantage in terms of general support from leadership, coaching, enablement vs. in office employees. High employee churn. Salesforce is a complete disaster unless you are skilled at buildup reports and finding 'fresh' leads you most likely will not hit quota. Most easily found accounts to prospect have well over 50+ touches. Leadership/resources you would turn to for support take very long to respond and may not respond at all.
