      Pros

      Podium feels like they are moving in the right direction in almost every meaningful metric. While not perfect yet, leadership and company goals are hyper focused on crucial milestones that will help the company move forward. I have had incredible growth opportunities since I started and honestly had the most rewarding time of my entire 6 year tech career here.

      Pros

      Requirements for promotion are clear and transparent and the numbers are very realistic as well. Rare to find a company where you can go from sdr to AE within 6-9 months. Quota is very realistic and feasible to hit accelerators to increase your income. Managers are super supportive and even higher level employees are more then willing to go out of their way to help. Great product for the target market and highly desired. Solves essential business problems.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than other sdr positions I was applying to but the trade off is the speed to getting to the AE seat.
