      Podiums Culture is so awesome! you feel it everyday. The leadership cares deeply about their employees. The product is amazing, and helps Local business owners save time, Make More money, and allows them to connect better with customers!

      Cons

      Lot of things to learn and know. Some info is easy to find, and learn while some things seem almost to overwhelming to learn. They Also are new to Remote work, but things are getting better

      Pros

      Great place to start a saas career and learn from some of the best. Great envirnment with friendly competition. Everyone wants to be better and better which allows a great environment to grow.

      Cons

      Sales is always a stressful environment and not hitting your quota can always be tough. Sometimes it can be scary and if you don't hit then it can be frustrating but they're trying to get the best of the best and it can be an effective way to do so.

      Pros

      Love the mission. Benefits are standard. Great people and fun culture. A lot of opportunity to grow in my career. Great facilities. Unlimited PTO. Remote friendly. Transparent leadership (mostly).

      Cons

      Don't pay a competitive wage. A lot of turnover (only in the last year. Very little before that). Could use more diversity and more experienced senior leadership and mentorship opportunities.
