Team leads up to leadership are very transparent when it comes to objectives and routinely provides not only incentives but motivational coaching and support to help you reach your goals. The sales organization is very open to helping and providing assistance whenever asked. There are ample training opportunities to ensure you grow as a sales professional.
Cons
Autonomy comes with its own challenges. While you are supported, you are left independently to figure your own path out. That might be a challenge if you do not thrive in ambiguous environments. To their end, leadership and enablement are constantly working to improve professional development, but attrition is super high. With that being said, if you demonstrate the will to succeed with Podium, your leadership team will do what they can to try to get you there.
