      Great people and good product.

      Cons

      Talented reps get bounced around to do this and that and this and that again without much support. It's like they are mining a resource, use, abuse and then toss.

      company culture is great and you feel like you are involved

      Cons

      lack of companys communication between sales reps and leadership. Poor sales training on platform features, sales training and territories are very dried up and expect AE's to book 31 self sourced meeting for yourself.

      Podium is experiencing a ton of growth and it has a great culture! Amazing place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the changes due to growth are not communicated clearly internally. I don’t believe it is intentional just what comes along with a rapidly growing business
