Pros

Seems like a stable company in a questionable market

Cons

Be more open to remote/hybrid schedules for local employees

Pros

- Mission focused - Remote work options available - Great product

Cons

- Huge lack of transparency from team leads, directors, and higher ups - Training is inconsistent and AEs are not set up for success right off the bat - Bro culture is very strong even as more women are joining the org - Zero work/life balance - You are expected to be available well after normal working hours and although there is unlimited PTO it's hard to feel like you can take time off without falling behind on quota or getting negative remarks from leadership - Poor experience for remote employees - not inclusive and feels like you are not part of the team because you aren't in office

Very Remote Friendly

Pros

Podium has a great engineering culture, zero drama, and is committed to being very remote friendly.

Cons

as the company is growing, some processes are in flux (but that might be good for you, as it lets teams set their own processes)
