      Pros

      Very good company, has a lot of recourses to be able to help anyone be up to par on where you need to be in terms of training and make it a fast paced but fun feeling. A lot of perks from free snacks to free food every Friday. You don't go hungry here Start up without as much of the struggles of being a start up, great reputation and connections as company.

      Cons

      Still growing pains and a lot of changes so if you cant adapt then you will have a hard time. very competitive and high expectation sales org. Work hard and you wont have too many issues.

      - Not a major con but something to look out for. Podium is incredibly fast paced. Lots of learning and growth opportunities through this, but one has to be agile and solutions-focused, and not be averse to change.
