Pros

I have never felt so valued, and like if I don't have what I need, and I ask for it, I will get it. They just want us to be successful . Not just at doing our job, but in general.

Cons

There is a lot of ambiguity in our roles, and things change constantly. If change is hard and you need something cookie cutter its not for you.

Pros

I started at Podium over a month ago and I've been constantly surprised at how much I like what I do. My workload is entirely manageable and they have been awesome at work-life balance. I'm challenged enough but have resources and help always. I have been loving my projects and working with the team. I can't imagine finding a team that I like more than the one at Podium! I work remotely (although I'm in Utah), and the team has been awesome at keeping all remote workers connected without being overbearing. I feel like I'm already starting genuine friendships with my co-workers. I've been so impressed with my team and the leadership at Podium.

Cons

I hope they keep remote work forever.
