      • High energy company, individuals here have a very "can do" attitude • Access to leadership, executives feel like partners in the problems we're trying to solve • Inclusive design team, feel connected and inspired by the work others are doing • The teams move fast which is refreshing • Lots of autonomy and opportunities to grow. If something interests you, you're welcome to dive in. Very little egos at Podium.

      The pacing at Podium is fast, this may not be good fit for all personalities. If you're unable to move quickly, keep a consistent pace, and feel eager to make an immediate contribution, this may not be the right environment for you.
