      It was ok pay and a few decent people

      Bro culture a bit racist and lied about access to company perks and also did not help people achieve, played favorites on access to decent help and meeting goal. White boys made the money and forget everyone else. Training was terrible

      I love the company values, our mission and the way how we as employees are treated as number one. Here, you truly feel cared for, appreciated and supported not only at work, but you feel also supported in your personal life. Work-life balance is something that we are truly able to have and live here at Podium. I just had a baby and since they have Onsite Daycare here (which by the way 50% of your monthly payments are covered by the company) everything has been so much easier. To be able to drop off my baby at the daycare and walk to work is incredible. Having him so close gives me a chance to be able to also visit him on breaks and during lunch, if I'm taking a lunch. This is just one example of how supportive Podium is in helping us maintain a healthy balance between work and life.
