      Team collaboration is highly valued and people are always willing to help and work together, the benefits are generous and the leadership is always looking for ways to grow.

      Coming from a environments that were not as great, its difficult to find cons here at Podium.

      Poor pay, big expectations, poor training.

      Pros

      Remote work is great. Has all the snacks your typical tech company has. Catered lunches every Wednesday.

      Cons

      Low salary for the expectations of the job. Integrations is a super critical part of podiums product, but we aren’t compensated fairly for those expectations. The team will continue to lose members because of this. The training is also very poor. It’s a quick onboarding and you are expected to perform quickly. They act like it’s a entry level job, but I wouldn’t take this if I didn’t already have good experience already.
