      ok they pay well no doubt but at what cost??

      There's a strong and toxic bro culture at Podium which never seems to gets addressed. - Clear favouritism. Rules don't seem to apply to the top performers who get rewarded/promoted regardless of how they behave to others. - Limited support after onboarding - some people get far more coaching and help than others Managers are so in experienced and have non clue how to support or give constructive feedback! No work life balance, they encourage long working hours targets are unachievable
