Pros
Great management now, unlimited PTO is nice, Execs are pretty transparent with us, verticalized books of business, and can swing working from home as long as you're not in Sales.
Cons
Customers in the SMB market have ridiculously high demands even though what they pay pale in comparison to those in the mid market or enterprise level, but that's wherever you go. The issue here is how much focus the company has on the SMB market. I get that's where their niche is, but it's a frustrating place to be until Podium's grown to the point where a majority of their clients are in that midmarket or enterprise level.
