      Great team, "bro" culture

      Pros

      The company is young, so there's a lot of excitement. Lots of free food and swag. There are some phenomenal, down to earth people.

      Cons

      The sales culture is very "bro-ish". Lots of "LFG's" in Slack and lots of focus on sales guys pushing sales, no matter what. Pay wasn't amazing- they argue that the swag and food they give you makes up for it. I'd rather have money over cheap clothes.

      -Lots of room for innovation -Product is incredible and revenue driving for customers -We are making a huge impact on SMB businesses -My team is helping me level up -Very agile company and makes change as the market has need it
