The pay is decent but you can get paid just the same or more to have a much more manageable work life balance. The product isn’t that good and there’s always issues. They will give you way too many accounts that can’t run their business day to day because the product isn’t working properly. There’s also no communication between off shore support and the on shore teams. To this day I still receive phone calls from Podium clients when I never gave out my personal phone number. If you can take any review seriously, take this one. If you don’t have any other offers it’s not a bad start but don’t plan on staying for too long.
