Pros
Podium has a fantastic culture that I missed. It also helps to work at a company with a product that actually works and makes a difference for your customers if they use it correctly. The best thing about Podium is the people. Everyone is great to work with. You know that one co-worker that just annoys you and you want to avoid? I never met that person at Podium.
Cons
With so much talent around you, it's difficult to move up. There are also growing paints as the company grows so quickly. I would also say that they do not pay you as much as other companies.
