      Pros

      I love the fast-paced environment. I knew I'd be challenged and Podium has delivered on that. I've learned a ton in my first 5 months, and a lot of things I wasn't expecting to learn. There have also been some great opportunities to work with others (tangent-- the people here are GREAT!).

      Cons

      There were some major communication gaps that lead to some unnecessary strife early on.

      Pros

      I have loved working at Podium. The people are so nice and I feel welcomed everywhere. You get breakfast on Mondays, lunch on Wednesdays, and smoothies on Thursdays. We have unlimited PTO, which is so awesome and they gave us the week of the 4th of July off. People will hang out with each other and it's not an environment where you only hang out with co-workers during the work day. The company takes such good care of the employees and I'm always excited to go to work.

      Cons

      It is a growing company, so some things are still getting smoothed out, but it is so fun to see how the product adapts to the customers' needs.

      Pros

      Podium is high energy, committed to customers and growth, driven by excellence, and focused on its employees. I've loved working for this company. It's amazing to be a part of something with such rapid growth that in turn allows for employee career growth.
