      Great company with a great environment. Very flexible hours and great management.

      We're growing so fast, we can't all fit on one floor, but that gives more opportunities to meet new people!

      Pros

      Excellent company. Best job I've ever had. They give you all the freedom in the world to do the things you want to do at work. They embody the entrepreneurs spirit, if you have a good idea to improve a process, not only do they want to hear about it, they often will even let you execute it. I never feel micromanaged and I genuinely enjoy the work that I do.

      Cons

      It's a sink or swim environment.

      Pros

      Podium is the best company you could ever work for. No one has an ego and everyone wants to see each other succeed. I look forward to work everyday. It is my home away from home. The leadership is amazing and they will do everything they can to help you achieve your goals.

      Cons

      The girls don't have much swag yet, but it is in the works!
