      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and engaged management structure. Very transparent leadership that make it easy to understand what the future holds for Podium. Great perks and benefits!

      Cons

      Highly compartmentalized product and organizational structure that can vastly impair the ability to get things done due to the level of bureaucracy. CS/Product with 'support' as the bridge but stuff can get lost in the mess pretty easily. As with any company that is fun to work for the compensation can sometimes be a little less than competitors but other than that work is great as long as you are on a few projects and not doing the same thing everyday!

      Pros

      Culture at Podium is amazing. Compensation and promotions are very objective without much room for favoritism that I've seen. Benefits are very good. Little perks like food and random spiffs keeps morale very high. I genuinely feel like Podium cares about its employees.

      Cons

      You have to keep up. Podium moves quick.
