Where to start...let's start with the politics. Top reps at Podium aren't really top reps because they are the reps who get "free" deals. Leadership is so proud of this team that is getting these free deals. It's not hard to call a business and say "want Podium for free?" If you think that makes a good sales rep then you need to open your eyes. You're taking acknowledgment away from those who are actually top performers and grind. Not call people for free sign ups. Save your time and money and hire a call center to do this for you. That's all those reps are is a glorified call center and now they get all the glory.
Fix leadership. Same thing as above. Very political...except for the recent outside hires from California, etc. That is the right move. Stop promoting leadership because they worked at Qualtrics. No one cares.
Insurance is getting better but not the best. 401k is decent. Equity/stock options are very hard to come by and when you do get offered they really aren't that great...unless Podium becomes what they dream they'll become. They want to beat Qualtrics...not sure how that's possible with this type of leadership.
