Pros

- High comms and overachievers will earn! - When the office was open it was great, CBD location and 2 bars downstairs - Swag is pretty great - Great Product - Events when they could happen were great - Stock options

Cons

- Once you start falling behind its very hard to get back over the line, management seems to just turn a blind eye till you leave. - As with most places, promotions given to favourites, rather than looking at overall performances - Speaking of, Favouritism is huge here unfortunately. - the push feels like you need to bully customers into signing up, not very consultative selling, its transactional. - Huge turnover of staff (close to 40 people in 4-5 months, over half the office) - US Product is far ahead of the AUS product, but selling at the same price, to every vertical. - People congratulated for working constantly till late at night, no sense of work life balance. - Dont get put into a poor vertical or your destiny is sealed.

Pros

If your primary focus is to earn a high income you should be able to do it here. Some AES and SDRs make really good money. The product sells and the sales organisation and comp plan is geared for over achievers

Cons

The sales culture is toxic and there is a huge bro culture and lack of diversity in the management team. You have a core boys club and many are made to feel like outsiders and not included. To hit quota alone is very stressful, and there is literally no downtime between months. Smash it one month and that is forgotten the next. I feel that there is no loyalty from management only loyalty to you hitting quota. To achieve target you will need to put in extra hours and management team constantly apply pressure day in day out over slack. For me this is an unhealthy place to work which is a real shame because I felt it would be different when I started. They keep hiring more and more sdrs which make hiring quota harder.
