      There's clearly an agenda in Podium to create fake reviews on this platform. I mean, seriously, who would actively take time out of their day to title a review "Growth". These kinds of shady business practice are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this company. From minute I stepped into their offices I knew there was something wrong about this place.

      Cons

      No work from home. Basically salary is, well, very BASIC. They are constantly hiring SDRs because their leadership is so inefficient, ineffective and incompetent that they can't train, keep or hire correctly. Their interview process I wouldn't ask a circus act to replicate. Disrespectful, Untrustworthy and downright shameful.

      With the fast-paced environment and constant evolution, things can move quickly — which is exciting, but can sometimes mean priorities shift before everything is fully baked. It takes a certain level of adaptability and self-direction to thrive here, but if you enjoy being in the middle of growth and change, it’s a great fit.
