The team is sharp, collaborative, and fun to be around. There's a lot of trust placed in you to get on with your work, and that makes a big difference.
Cons
You need to be comfortable working to a soundtrack. The music is always on and it's never quiet. For the right person that's a pro, but worth knowing going in.
