Pros
Podium has easily been the best working experience of my career. Being new to the tech industry was a new step for me and something I really knew nothing about, but from day one in this office, I have never felt more welcomed and been a part of an office where everyone truly is striving for the same goal. The culture is something really comparable to family or a tight nit friendship group and something I know I won't be able to find anywhere else. Couldn't recommend this office any higher.
Cons
That being in the tech industry there were some cuts that were made like every other tech company in the world. But after it all happened the bounce back has been amazing.
