      Pros

      Podium's training program has to be one of the best because they guide you through the entire process step by step. Sales itself is overwhelming if you have no prior experience but the way things work at Podium, I got familiar with each every process within a couple of weeks. The work environment is top notch and the way the higher ups treat you is just exceptional. I would highly recommend working for Podium because if I talk about myself, Podium taught me a lot and NOW I AM IN LOVE WITH THE COMPANY AND SALES

      Working with this company has been a great experience. One of the things I value most is the collaborative environment — everyone brings a strong sense of teamwork and support. I've also seen the company grow and expand its reach, from local to offshore talent, which shows its forward-thinking mindset. A great place to learn, grow, and be part of something exciting.
