      Bad culture, fake reviews

      Pros

      Company has raised good amount of money and is spending that money on perks, new building and lots of hiring. The coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Really bad culture, most of the reviews are written by HR or asked employees to post positive reviews. Try looking for number of reviews that say, "too bad that i did not join Podium long time ago". All those are fake reviews. Employees are asked to work long hours, below market salaries and no 401k. Founders think that they have already arrived in Silicon Slopes. Its a Frat house! Dont be fooled by reviews, remember they are a reviews and ratings company. Thats what they sell.

      Great people and management. Fast-paced, high-achieving culture. A true pleasure to come in to work everyday!

      Cons

      No cons at Podium. You just have to work hard to keep up!

      Pros

      Great product. Fun environment. Genuinely nice people. Company truly cares about its customers. Office space is open and condusive to teamwork. Mission and company values clearly stated to employees.

      Cons

      No 401K match, very limited equity, upper management can micromanage too much at times. The good news is that the pros far outweigh the cons!
