-Amazing Benefits -Amazing work environment. -Amazing values -The product works great! It's so awesome to see our customers have their business increase as a result of using our product. Product is easy to use. -Friendly people to work with. -Weekly lunches -Everyone is a team player. Everyone is willing to help each other out.

-No cons at all. I love everything about my job.

Pros

The product is great, the people are great, and the culture is great! Podium has been my first experience in the tech industry and I don't think I'll work in another industry every again. As and ADM, I have the chance to work with some of the best Account Executives and co-workers in Utah. Everyone in the company takes ownership of their own tasks and has become an expert in their own right of the review process.

Cons

With scale, communication between departments has nosedived. This is to be expected as a company grows, but it could be improved upon.
