      Pros

      You don't come across companies like this many times in your life. To be part of such a successful, high-growth company is the opportunity that everyone dreams of. The people, the culture, the software, are all second to none.

      Cons

      This isn't just an 8-5 job, clock-in clock-out. You have to be willing to make sacrifices and put in the extra hours to keep up. Not really a con for me, but may be for others.

      Incredible place to learn, earn, and develop professionally

      Pros

      This place is relatively new and growing fast. The opportunities are wide open for those willing to work hard and get results. My job was explained clearly. Excellent training was provided and ongoing support has always been available. The biggest positive though is all the success I see around me. This is not my first job and I'm experienced enough to know that few work environments have this kind of energy. Surrounded by nice people who are also very smart and willing to help. I feel like I'm in an ocean of top level talent. It's impossible for me not to improve and my numbers and paycheck are showing it. It is also relatively easy to work from home when I need to which really helps out my home life at times.

      Not enough microwaves in the break room

      Pros

      I've been with Podium 2 months now and love it. The company really cares about their employees and puts their interest first. Podium is growing extremely fast and is a great career building opportunity.

      Cons

      Start up so just any regular growing pains, but they cope and adapt quickly.
