Pros

Things move really fast at Podium. If you thrive in that environment you'll love it. Everyday has new challenges and new opportunities. You will be stretched and grow as an employee. The culture is awesome. Not just another "work hard, play hard" tech company. Podium has that sure, but it's more than that. People truly take ownership of their success but even more importantly the success of their colleagues and the company as a whole.

Cons

With hyper growth comes lots of change. If you prefer a steady, I come for my pay check and go home job, it's probably not for you.

Pros

The top-level talent Podium recruits in all departments is awesome. Sales/marketing guys crush it every month and our product/engineering team does a great job pushing updates and new features along with great support from client success.

Cons

Not much here for cons, but more transparency as the rapid growth occurs would be helpful

Pros

Autonomy , fun atmosphere, surrounded by some of the most intelligent and creative individuals you will ever come across, each individual is and can be a huge contributor to the company, always growing and changing for the better

Cons

With this specific position there is no real vacation from work. Your clients will always need you so it can be hard to completely disconnect. But why would you want to when the clients are amazing!!
