Working at podium has been an exhilarating experience where everyday energizes me and exhausts me. The product is simple but impactful, especially for business owners who fight hard everyday to authentically portray their brand in a digital world. Podium is growing fast but has kept an open and transparent culture and feels like a big family.

Cons

Nothing major, some additional benefits that would be competitive with more long term top saas companies in the west would be cool to have.

Podium's growth creates so many opportunities for me to learn and grow professionally. I love the people I work with and feel like I can make a meaningful impact here.

Cons

Growing pains associated with working at a company moving so quickly might be frustrating to some people.

Best Place I've Ever worked!

Pros

The people are so friendly. Everyone seems to know my name. Really interesting projects to work on in programming languages I love (Elixir, Ruby, JavaScript, etc...) The values are good and help keep us on course. I get a room with only 3 other engineers with a closing door which really helps keep the sound down. I'm treated like a senior engineer although I would normally be considered a junior elsewhere. Podium is like family.

Cons

Sometimes people are encouraged to work late, however it's unlimited PTO so you can make up for it pretty easily. Area is pretty expensive to live in but not nearly as bad as Silicon Valley obviously.
