      Pros

      Podium is an amazing company, with a killer culture, and a great product. Everyone is friendly and the leadership is great. One of the biggest assets of the company is its culture, which is why the founders of the company interview each person before they are hired to make sure they are a good fit. I believe Podium is going to continue to grow into a very successful company, and am excited to be along for the ride.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, but I'm confident that they'll improve as the company matures. Honestly can't really think of anything else.

      Solid Tech Start-Up Company All The Way Through

      Pros

      This tech start-up is awesome. I currently work at Podium and have enjoyed the company thoroughly. Still a new start-up feeling with a lucrative business model and projects to have an amazing year. The leadership is outstanding and they have created a fun, but hard working environment that allows the company to keep growing like it has been. Proactive in resolving issues. HR is great. Growth opportunities are obvious. Path to promotion is clear.

      Cons

      The benefits are basic - medical, dental, vision - and are slightly expensive. Stock purchase not yet available, but sounds like it may be just around the corner. Massive growth mode and just about over occupancy, need new space ASAP. Overall great company, pro-actively taking steps to resolve these few issues.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. The team is awesome and gets what we're building here. The product is effective and our clients truly see value from Podium. I've worked for big and small companies and this is by far the best place I have been.

      Cons

      It's hard work to build something great. We work long hours and deal with the stress that comes with a start up. That said, everyone does this gracefully and try our best for a solid work/life balance.
