Pros

-remote -they hire nice/cool people -some WFH stipend -training in person is poignant -office is cool (if you're in Utah)

Cons

...where do i start... -AE's are just glorified SDR's....you make all of your own calls, set your own appointments, and run all of your demos...which could've been acceptable if they didn't lie about job responsibilities in their interviews -They don't invest in their employees, hiring 40 Account Executives every 6 weeks to let go of 3/4 within 2 months can't be a good business model. -Hustle Culture....on max -Different metrics/ requirements for different employees. (Saw AE's being let go within 5 weeks of being employed.) -The software is missing some key components that would help it compete with less pricey competitors (like scheduling/appointments in beta...still??)

Pros

Trip to Salt Lake; got to meet some cool people etc cool office door dash pass work from home tbh I had a cool team great manger etc but the pay just sucked the product works but the pay was just to low for me commission structure is $50 an opp not a lot of money like your working for nothing

Cons

1st as a sdr be prepared to be a glorified telemarketer your job is to dial 55 dials a day and set appointments for Ae's I would say the worst thing about this job is the pay your salary is 45k and OTE is 60k that's very low for the industry for Sdr 20 % of the company is hitting their quota shows you how bad it is there! They say at 120 opps you can become Ae that should be over a year but I would not suggest becoming Ae here Ae1 make 55k base 90k OTE and are basically sdr because they have to set their own appointments Ae 2 & Ae3 get some sdr help a lot of people quit this job after 6 months of working here because of how draining it is working here if the pay was higher I think people would stay and not leave they hire so many people then either let them go or the people just leave I left after 6 months For something better I would advice people if you work here use podium to get to a higher role even you have to become an Ae at podium do that or become Ae somewhere else trust me there are a lot of company's who would love to hire you when they see podium on your resume because of how the company is known in the industry

Pros

Nice office Some amazing people

Cons

Never seen a company treat employees so disrespectfully. Good product with lots of luck in the early years that went to their head. Zero mental safety for employees. Easy to lay people off and tell employees that they were fired for performance when nobody hits quota except for those given leads to prove it can be done. Expected to work at all times even though pay is well below market. Before working here I recommend reaching out to a former employee whose left since 2020 on linked in. They will tell you the truth.
