      Pros

      Podium lets you take a lot of ownership with your work. You can present to leadership on things you're working on without having to go through a lot of middle management. Podium promotes quickly and fairly. Engineering department is all extremely great to work with. CTO is a great leader.

      Cons

      It can be hard to get leadership to prioritize and you can burn yourself out if you were to do everything that's asked of you. 5 days a week in-office for local employees

      There’s a clear path for growth at Podium, with plenty of opportunities to advance in your current role or explore new ones. The compensation is competitive, but what truly sets Podium apart is the incredible people and culture—it’s hands down my favorite part of working here!

      It’s an extremely fast-paced environment—which can be a great advantage! To thrive here, you’ll need to be adaptable and comfortable navigating constant change.

      Pros

      Great benefits (healthcare, 401K, shares/options, unlimited PTO...etc) Growth potential in various roles A DOPE product that you can be proud to represent/sale/support. Podium offers a ton of creative space to run in within my role in the partnership organization. I have been given the autonomy to create and build in my current world which has felt like starting a mini business within a business. My direct manager and our VP put a ton of trust in me which is appreciated beyond words. For individuals who are driven, proactive, self motivated and think outside of the box, Podium is an incredible place to work!

      Podium employees are expected to operate at a very high level, which I love, but can intimidate some people.
