Pros
- Great potential for BDRs to quickly earn their first AE role - Awesome money (if you're in the right seat) - Great coworkers and future network
Cons
- Management takes no ownership for their mistakes & blames everything on the reps - Extremely toxic culture, several of my friends had stress-induced panic attacks - Zero data involved with decision making; it's all about leadership's "golden gut" - Ridiculously high turnover as a result of all the above I know many reps who have left Podium and have gone on to make 2x-4x (or higher) more than they ever made at Podium, while also dramatically improving their mental health by getting out of that culture.
