Pros

Great product, large TAM based on the vertical you sell into

Cons

Long long hours, holidays are offered but never possible because the need for more always. Leadership is incompetent to say the least. They really enjoy talking about hiring from within but always hire externally. Only looking for lap dogs, no one that has a differing opinion, regardless of experience or expertise.

Pros

Great product for businesses with lots of competition.

Cons

The product doesn't work for every business. If you are the only HVAC, plumbing or mattress store in a 25 mile radius then what is the point of having the highest rating? Sure, Podium offers more than that. But the business gets all the customers so why try to fix something that ain't broke. And nobody from the city is going to drive 25 miles to the middle of bumf nowhere for a mattress because of their rating. There will be plenty of businesses in the city with great ratings. And no, they don't need survey feedback when they're the only business in town!

Pros

There a ton of awesome people at this company. Some of the employees, specifically the AE's, are some of the hardest working people I know. Definitely looked up to and learned from them.

Cons

It's management of the SDR org. There is a miss alignment between Quota and KPI's. Quota is based on closed revenue. Despite this, I was more worried about getting my two set meetings and dials a day then I was worried about hitting my quota. I would see reps that would give excellent pitches on the phone, set meetings, and exceed their closed revenue quota, but be chewed out because their phone calls were down. While I consistently exceeded quota and my daily KPI's, I still cared more about getting my sets then closing new businesses because I did not want to be chewed out.
