The company culture doesn’t let you grow. Every employee I talked to was afraid to lose their job at any moment due to the high bar placed on engineers. If your manager was doing well you were doing well.

It became all about the money.. I get it it’s a business however the “be a founder” value was used to try to make people work insane amounts. Why would there be an expectation for everyone to work like a founder would? We are not compensated anywhere near the level the founders are. We are working to support our families not to have courtside jazz seats, fame, and millions of dollars.
