      It was ok pay and a few decent people

      Cons

      Bro culture a bit racist and lied about access to company perks and also did not help people achieve, played favorites on access to decent help and meeting goal. White boys made the money and forget everyone else. Training was terrible

      Pros

      Remote work is great. Has all the snacks your typical tech company has. Catered lunches every Wednesday.

      Cons

      Low salary for the expectations of the job. Integrations is a super critical part of podiums product, but we aren’t compensated fairly for those expectations. The team will continue to lose members because of this. The training is also very poor. It’s a quick onboarding and you are expected to perform quickly. They act like it’s a entry level job, but I wouldn’t take this if I didn’t already have good experience already.

      Pros

      - Great product - Truly creates incredible value to SMB customers - Always seems like there are new products or upgrades to existing ones - Exciting phase of growth - Lots of in-office perks - Great company culture - Fantastic visibility and access into C-Level

      Cons

      - Senior leadership isn't very tenured - Not an enterprise product...yet - Sales org is floundering - Training is very focused on the "right now" - Target market is SMB so growth is extremely limited if you want to progress past anything more than a very transactional sale - New COO gives the feeling that heads are going to roll come Jan 1 especially as the sales org has been underperforming
