      Good opportunity but has it's challenges

      Pros

      Great opportunity for highly motivated sales people, Clear guidelines for how to move up and get promoted, They try to make their remote employees feel included but still have their challenges, High energy leadership (mostly) who have great intentions and want you to succeed

      Cons

      as a remote employee you don't get the support and guidance that you truly need to be successful in your first few weeks, they aren't transparent about their expectations for you to be successful/on target to reach a quota within the first 5-6 weeks after training.

      Cons

      Everyone they hire is too young to see that they pay too low for the expectations of the role. Total target comp as SDR is 45 base & 25k salary potential.

      Pros

      Nice amenities between the two buildings. Coworkers are friendly and collaborative, not much drama in my vertical. Solid offering and company is innovative.

      Cons

      Your success can be very dependent on which vertical your in. Auto, home services, professional services seem to be the best. Monthly quotas are stressful and can become taxing very quickly. Pay is so/so unless you’re consistently crushing quota. In the past 6 months they’ve lost close to ~60 sales reps, take that for what it’s worth.
